Your breath is the most powerful free tool at your disposal that can have a significant impact on your health and well-being.

As a natural, automatic human function, breathing is a window through which we can reach the nervous system and affect powerful changes.

There are a dizzying array of breathwork techniques! I selected to train with Patrick Mckeown at Oxygen Advantage, as his proven scientific-based approach comprehensively teaches you how to utilize the breath as a powerful tool for aiding health, well-being, and performance.

Through my practice, I want to help to empower you to discover and take control of your health: mentally, physically, and emotionally. To achieve this: I will assess how you breathe, explain why learning to breathe optimally is essential for your long-term health, and help you obtain these skills.


In March 2023, I came to Kim to find some relief from stress migraines that were beginning to become problematic for me. I was quickly put at ease and reassured. Along with the treatment and breath work, I found I could head off the worst of my symptoms before they developed into a full-blown migraine.

Within two to three sessions with Kim, my migraines were reduced dramatically and through her guidance with breathing, I am managing my stress and anxiety successfully. I no longer use medication for my migraines.  S Brown, client 2023


I offer 1-2-1 sessions for new and existing clients – either in-clinic or online. I also offer group sessions for anyone who wishes to embed better automatic breathing function over the long term.
